How to stay positive when Your life Stucks?

The most reason why people think there lives is stuck is that they are not living their own lives. If you ponder deeply you will find people acting  to please  others such as pleasing  family, friends and society. Understand to know who you are and what your needs are and then make choices to follow your own path.

 What are your good qualities you like about yourself? Are you funny, intelligent, sincere, generous. Try focusing on positive area of your life. You may have positive influence on other people even when you think you’re worthless.

Don’t try to find negative things about you. But make an effort  in creating yourself. When you have bad mood, you may think of negative things such as  “ I m dumb and annoying”  “I am better off dead”. “ I am ugly”,  “I wish I look different’ etc . Even though its not true. Change your mind. Look for your good features. Think about the features you love, look on greater side. Realize nobody life is easy and that there is always up and downs in life. Don’t assume that nobody cares. Every person matters to someone. You’re LIVE  for a reason.

Look in the mirror Find some beautiful things about yourself.... Do you have nice skin? nice nails? beautiful eyes? lips? Find stuff that charms to you. When you can't change something, change your attitude towards it.

Remember there is always somebody there who wants to help you. You are precious.

How to develop the power of positive thinking

v  Always use only positive words while thinking and while talking
v  Allow into your awareness only feelings of happiness, strength and success.
v  Try to ignore negative thoughts. Say no to think such thoughts, and switch them with happy thoughts.
v  Before starting with any plan or action, visualize clearly in your mind its successful outcome.
v  Read at least one page of encouraging book every day.
v  Watch movies that make you feel happy.
v  Minimize the time you listen to the news and read the papers.
v  Associate yourself with people who think positively.

      Think positive and expect only good results , even if your current circumstances are not as you wish them to be. In time, your mental attitude will affect your life and circumstances and change them accordingly.  
      Also speak aloud 3 times  I can do all things through Christ which strengthened me.  (Philippians 4:13) I suggest that you repeat this several times after you get in to bed. When you awaken tomorrow, repeat them three times before arising. On the way to your important appointment say them three additional times. Do this with an attitude of faith and you will receive sufficient strength and ability to deal with the problem.

Have faith in yourself

It's just a common advise to have a faith in yourself. But having a faith in oneself is one of the most difficult and misunderstood things. So, how can one really go about having a faith in own? I've been thinking about we should to restore faith in yourself. 

First thing is that Past cannot be changed. In past you might have many things which we cant rewind it back. You didn't pay attention in school, didn't score good marks, did not participate in extra-curricular activities, wasted time, didn't make good friends, developed bad habits and whatever that you sometimes think you shouldn't have done. But not now we have to accept the fact that what's been done is gone and there's no way to change it.

Well, the point is very clear then too many of us not accept this simple fact - past cannot be changed. There are people who perpetually keep blaming their past for their present situation. This blaming doesn't do any good except ruining your present which in turn ruins your immediate future. Therefore Think about it. 

Accept what you have now. What has been gone in past is gone nothing we can do about it.
Second thing is making best out of our present. After knowing and realizing the truth that nothing can be done about the past, but still lot of  people physically exist in present but their minds are always in the past. I think its Great mistake we do! it's time to understand that we cannot let the past take control of our present.

Aspect what you do today is going to be responsible for your future. Believing in yourself  is mostly about living in present, thinking in present.

You lose believe in yourself when you think you aren't in control of anything – that is when you think of  past. But we always forget that we can be in control of our future - and it is determined by our actions today. If you repeat this thought in your mind every-day; it will restore faith in yourself.
